After spending the majority of last week ill i’ve finally uploaded a podcast for you to listen to. So less of me moaning about being ill ….

This week i’ve been taken ill with sickness and haven’t got the podcast anywhere close to its usual standard. I feel it’d be unfair to put out a podcast which is nowhere near what you are used to listening to.

With this i’m going to delay putting out my September podcast by a couple of days so that you are not utterly dissapointed by it.

September already,

the year has flown by,

like a bird in the gulf stream,

full ahead in the sky.

So much has happened and not all thats good,

the good to remind us of just how we should.

Enjoy every minute,

as if its our last,

and celebrate the future,

not dwell on the past.

for a personal reference to this time,
